And the primary care investment is where that's the game changer.
It's about having a service.
Let's imagine we had a health service that had no physios, right?
So everybody who had a pain in their neck and their ankle had to go to an orthopedic surgeon.
Can you imagine the queues that would be there?
So some people will go or if they don't see a physio for long enough, they'll need an orthopedic surgeon.
So people who probably didn't need CAMHS when they started on the waiting list and a psychotherapy support would have been enough.
By the time they're reached a year later, they do need CAMHS because the situation has gotten worse.
So the investment is not there.
Like build more CAMHS clinics.
It's a build a system around CAMHS that can cater for all the collection of needs that children and young people have.
And like for not one second, I'm not suggesting that anybody on that waiting list doesn't need intervention.
But there may be an intervention that might be different.
No, because I think we never invested fully enough in those services.
Like we have assessment of need and there's other services, but they're in pockets of areas.
So when you work in CAMHS, like you might have no children with autistic spectrum disorder because there's a really good
