I'm from Panjshir myself, and the resistance is happening.

It was started in Panjshir, but now it is in the 12 provinces across the north and northeast of Afghanistan.

And we do not have the strategy to capture districts or provinces because we do not have resources to keep it.

I can take over a district if I want tomorrow, but I don't know if I can keep it for the day after.

So the lack of resources is something which is enabling us to have a strategy to take over a district or a province now.

Well, there are many rumors about it.
