I don't understand it, you know.

I'm going to make a bold prediction on this and I'm going to say, and then you can hit me with it in May, that there won't be an English team in the Champions League final this year.

That's what I'm looking for in players now.

Any game is going to have its phases.

And, you know, you don't get the sense with football.

You know, I don't watch as much of it as the other two guys, but I watch a bit and you don't get a sense that there's any permanence to this, that these are just moments.

take the the Arsenal Man United game last weekend it you know you don't expect you know Harlem Globetrotters but you still had two goals for the ages in a really big game in the Premier League on Super Sunday you had two stunning goals eh

that's not a bad return in a game of that you know and there was lots of periods of stagnation but we still had two unbelievable moments in a game that elevated it to a different level so that's still there that's still knocking around like rugby I personally think is just borderline unwatchable at the moment and it would be interesting to see what the Six Nations is like internationally

four years later, you know, he's the forgotten man.

Can you come back from that four years in the wilderness at 31 years of age?
