We need to comprehensively change this system because capitalism in America has become so concentrated in who benefits from it

that it's rotting us to our core.

That whole thing needs to be changed.

But it's not going to be changed by just saying, here's free housing and no taxes, by the way.

But let me challenge that just a little bit.

I think you're right.

And I think that there are a lot of people who are.

Struggling to pay the mortgage, struggling to pay rent, struggling to make for it.

But look at something like the SALT, the state and local taxes issue, a big deal.

And basically what this is, is you can write off the state and local taxes that you pay on your federal taxes.

But back in 2017, Trump, weirdly, one thing that I actually agreed with, he capped the amount that you can write that off.

And I think it was $10,000, which, by the way, cost me.

I'm in a high tax state.

But we're talking about a tax on the upper middle class.

We're not talking about people who can't afford a house or, you know, can't afford to pay their bills.

You know, we're talking about the upper middle class, which I am.

OK.

And oh, my God, these people just scream bloody murder that this was the worst thing in the world.

The taxes were increasing.

And so we just changed it.
