That should be the Democratic Party central organizing principle.

Well, it should have no relevance.

Of course she should testify.

I mean, she has relevant knowledge about why these Epstein files were withheld, why prosecutions aren't taking place, why they were excessive redactions.

In fact, she should be freer to speak her mind and tell the truth to the Oversight Committee.

I had put out a statement before she was fired that regardless, she has to testify.

And so this is not a reason to play games and to shield her from testimony.

They're very important questions that she owes the American people an explanation for.

Well, she should.

I mean, the next administration and when we take back the Oversight Committee, the Oversight Committee need to investigate people who broke the laws.

We need to investigate whether Pam Bondi engaged in political prosecutions.

We need to investigate whether they targeted members of Congress, Adam Schiff, Eric Swalwell, for political reasons.

We need to investigate what pressure they were under from Donald Trump or people affiliated with him.

But I believe that there has to be accountability for people who broke the law.

There's certainly a lot of evidence to suggest that.

I mean, unlike Pam Bondi, I believe you have due process and you shouldn't just pronounce people's guilt on television or on a podcast.

But do I believe that there is enough concern that it should be investigated?

And if there are crimes that those should be prosecuted?

Absolutely.

I don't think the next administration, Don, can be kumbaya.
