It does obviously work.

It does get you up.

I think you use it a certain amount of times throughout the year.

Because, like, I can definitely see, and I have done this in the past, I've sort of sneered at it and think, ah, this is overplayed.

But surely it does translate a little bit.

If you're having this mindset all week, you're going into training with a bit more purpose, a bit of a bite between your teeth.

That is actually helpful.

Like, yeah, you can't punch the changing room wall.

But it might help throughout the week.
