And I agree with the need for more transparency, but I would just caution that and say that individuals who get a social housing allocation also have a right to privacy.
And if you're looking at a small enough area, like say Killarney, which has a total population of less than 20,000, if you publish the nationalities of people who receive social housing allocations, by my estimation, they would be fairly easily identifiable.
And that's what my concern is.

one stage, you know, people believed that Miriam McCallaghan was selling face cream on Facebook until she took them to court.
So there's an awful lot of misinformation there on social media that's at the root cause of a lot of this.
And we already have robust systems in place to qualify for social housing in this country to even get on the list, notwithstanding the fact that if you get on the list, you're going to wait a considerable period of time to get

And we have also had issues whereby, you know, in cities like Dublin, we have had properties that have been vandalised because of misinformation on social media.
