I mean, I guess I sell land and I haven't seen, I haven't had banks calling me and saying, hey, let's get a market analysis on this and see where we're at.
I have not had that call a lot.
That being said, Tanner, in our area, we see sale leasebacks.
So a lot of farmers are looking for, tell you what, let's get some cash position here.
Let's sell this.
But I don't want anybody to know, can you find an investor to buy it and then lease it back?
Although everybody hates investors and asks me all the time, is it investors or is it farmers buying it?
When the farmers want the investors, by God, then they want them.
But if somebody had 20,000 acres and it was all paid for but no cash, they'd have enough equity stake, correct?
I mean, isn't that the debate that they'd have?
Even if they could sell it, though?
Don't banks just lend on... You can't keep digging the hole, though.
You have the ability to pay it back.
If you don't, that's why we secure the loan at a certain loan-to-value rate that, all right, well, we'll sell it and we'll get our money back, right?

Do you guys see, so as I've been, I sell land, and as I've been selling, not a lot of people want to sell right now because the economy and they just, the narrative, I guess, on the news media that's out there is like, oh, it's a horrible time to sell.
It's a horrible time to do anything.
We shouldn't be buying ground.
You guys mentioned that you had people buying ground.
