The head of the World Health Organization says the spread of the Ebola virus strain known as Bundabuya is a public health emergency of international concern.
But the WHO's Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus says this is not a pandemic emergency.
The Ebola outbreak is concentrated in the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo and parts of Uganda.
The WHO says at least 139 deaths are suspected to be because of the Ebola strain.
There are now 600 suspected cases.
