The ceasefire that's paused the fighting between Israel and Hezbollah in Lebanon appears to be fraying.

That's as peace talks between the U.S.

and Iran remain in flux.

Israel has carried out widespread strikes in southern Lebanon.

Hezbollah has fired several drones at Israeli troops.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio says a peace deal between the U.S.

and Iran is elusive.

He blamed Iran's fractured leadership for the problem.

Rubio says the U.S.

is working to prevent Iran from getting a nuclear weapon and from controlling shipments of crude oil through the Strait of Hormuz.
