Kuwait's defense ministry says several U.S.

warplanes have crashed in Kuwait.

The ministry says all pilots bailed out safely.

There's no word on what caused the crashes or how many planes went down.

Separately, there are reports of fire and smoke at the U.S.

Embassy compound in Kuwait.

officials are telling Americans in Kuwait to remain indoors.

The Hezbollah militant group in Lebanon has been firing rockets and drones at northern Israel, according to the Israeli military.

Israel is firing back throughout Lebanon, and at least 31 people have been killed.

NPR's Daniel Estrin reports from Tel Aviv.

President Trump released a video on his social media account yesterday.

He says three U.S.

troops were killed in the attacks this weekend and five others seriously wounded.
