President Trump delivers his State of the Union address tomorrow night.

President Trump is again complaining online this morning about the U.S.

Supreme Court and its opinion last week overturning his massive tariffs.

He was furious about the decision.

Over the weekend, Trump said he would use a different legal authority to impose 15 percent global tariffs, but these are more cumbersome to apply.

and Trump will need to seek approval from Congress if he wants to get them to stick.

Meanwhile, China's Ministry of Commerce says it's making a full assessment of the court's tariff ruling, and PR's Jennifer Pak has more from Shanghai.

Blizzard warnings are still posted from eastern Maryland up to part of Maine's border with Canada.

A nor'easter is slamming the eastern seaboard this morning.

National Weather Service meteorologist Cody Snell says this snowfall is going to be difficult.
