It was very clear to Jessica and her entire family that Joseph was extremely unstable. It seemed that after their breakup, his obsession with her got even stronger and soon enough his behavior would escalate.

His whole parents and sisters watched and didn't do anything. Joseph and my sister have had many incidents that have happened within the past 10 years. My family and I have been going through all of this for 3 years straight and we're getting tired of it. He ends up getting arrested and he's out on bail the very next day.
