So getting them to about 3,800 steps, we're decreasing risks of dementia.
If I can get them to 5,000, you decrease risks of depression.
So at those low numbers, you start to see some really fascinating things with people's health.

That's why I got into this was my bunions.
Footwear is really important because most of the footwear out there does not respect the anatomy of the foot.
So especially with bunions, you have to have a wide toe box.
That's when these toe spacers can be very, very helpful.
That's why I still wear mine every day.
