And to me, it's just a representation.
And they were little kangaroo cookies that you would dunk into icing.
And to me, that is just the perfect representation of that generation and the food that we were all eating.
You know, we were eating Pop-Tarts and toaster strudels.
And I mean, and people still are.
But I feel like that was really the height of when it was all being pushed out.
You know, in the 90s, it was like bright colors and all the dyed cereals and everything that was really being pushed.
Now parents are becoming more aware.
But this was a time when parents, this was also new, they were super unaware of it.
I was very lucky that my mom was actually really incredibly on it, was not really buying that stuff for me.
And, you know, we'd get in a lot of fights over it because I was really upset because I wanted the Dunkaroos.
Oh, yeah.
I mean, like in middle school.
So like think, you know, 12, 11, 12.
And I'm getting in fights there because all my friends are going to Burger King and McDonald's and getting the Happy Meals.
Yeah.
And she was cooking meals from scratch for me at home, which is so funny because now I'm like, that is my dream.
Can I go back and live with you, mom?
Because she was making everything from scratch, you know, shopping in Whole Foods, buying organic.
My mom was really ahead of her time.
