It wasn't like the pick's in, let's dilly-dally for a few minutes.
And, you know, some talk to Dan Orlovsky like it was like that, though.
I like the faster pace of the draft.
I was like, all right, let's get on with it.
There was a pile up where Goodell was behind by like three announcements.
I feel like it drags sometimes.
So I thought that was an improvement.
And I think it worked.
But I think there are, of course, people are going to complain.
Few observations.
number one i loved how it moved along right can we all agree yeah no i agree um secondly i hated the fact that social media seemed to be moments ahead of the broadcast because much like your buddy who texts you like yeah bro and you're like um five seconds behind you oh you son of a we should not be watching a broadcast that's behind our social media feed
It's the ultimate spoiler, and it's sort of a bummer.
I think that there should be some type of etiquette, like give it a 30-second beat or a minute beat, because all right, Scoops Callahan.
Etiquette on social media?
I don't think so, but yeah, I agree it's annoying.
But to me, it's just...
The fact that people heard about a draft pick on their Twitter feed and then were like, oh, they're about to announce it.
The pick's in.
It's anticlimactic.
