So just finding really great artists, trying to find great stories, trying to be as truthful as I can, and then arming everybody with what they need to be who they are.
And being grateful for it.

And I always kind of go, well, what though?
I don't think I am doing anything different.
And I think they're awkward and basically saying ā

By the way, I never get this really from black people.
It's usually white people going like, what are you doing?
And I go, I think I'm still doing the same thing, but I think you're seeing something else.
And so I get it.
I understand it.
But I look at our music culture.
I look at like what Stax was, what Booker T and the MGs were.
And there is just something unique here.
And that's where I get a lot of my inspiration and
