I'm sure his numbers are not as good as Mo Salah's at this moment in time.

But that's the kind of player, if you want to get back to the top, and you want to replace these numbers,

that Mo Salah has set, then you're gonna have to pay big bucks for it.

And you're gonna have to go to these big clubs in the market and test the water.

It's very unlikely you're gonna get a youngster coming in who is from the back of beyond that not a lot of people know about, and they'll come in and replace these type of performances.

It's very, very unlikely.

James, I don't think, I don't know what you or anybody else thinks about this, but I don't think it helps when the fans are listening to a manager, and this has been from day one, sort of talk and address the media in the way that he does with the sort of rhetoric that he uses and obviously the actions with the notes and there's been so many sort of

I think there's been a lot of stuff that could easily turn the dressing room not against him but almost in a mocking way when they're listening to what he's saying and when they're watching what he does in the technical area and I don't know what goes on in the training ground but when I look at some of the things that he says and does it just doesn't seem right to me

And I think he seems to have been incapable of this since the start.

At the press conference at the end, he said, look, my players want to do a huddle.

And he could have laughed it off and said it was all a bit stupid.

Yes.

And it looks stupid.

But it went from my players just wanted to respect the ball, which is going to... Anybody that's played or watches the game will go, what the hell are we talking about here?

And then he started talking about...

putting complaints into the PGM oil when they've just been beaten and their defending was horrendous for the goal.

I agree.

I think James has probably got this one spot on.
