I remember when I was at Derby, albeit it was the year we got relegated to the championship, there was a young lad, I can't remember his name, there was a young lad who made his debut, I think it was Johnny Gregory who gave him his debut, he was 15.

And I remember looking at him thinking, holy smokes.

You know, I'm going to think back to when you were 15, or certainly Max Diamond, when you were 16.

You know, I'd just gone to Chelsea as an apprentice, a little spotty-faced kid, you know, and I was like, I could not.
