Like, you know, he gets bought out, boom, he comes right in.
But they know what they're looking for, Jeff.
I think teams better know what you're looking for, what you want in a player, and what you want your team to look like, and how people, not just play, everybody wants good players, but how they fit into your program, how they fit into what you're doing, and then celebrate them.
And I think that Jeff and Kent and Marty have done a phenomenal job in that regard.
