Maybe you said it was a text, so maybe he was not anyway.
But to be fair, CeCe Sabathia is not the most objective guy when it comes to a dude laying down a bunt.
Because you might remember 2017 and Eduardo Nunez bunting against CeCe Sabathia, coming back with that injured right knee.
He hated getting bunted on.
Yes, because he wasn't good at fielding bunts, and he had the bad knee.
And then if I remember correctly, Nunez apologized to him, but not for the thought process in doing it.
He apologized if he thought he was trying to hurt him or get him hurt.
So Sabathia's an anti-bunt guy because people did it to him and he hated it.
So it's not an objective answer from the great C.C.
