That's right.
So the 140 is not uncommon to how he starts the season.
And also, this is the same guy.
I don't disagree with almost anything you said because the relationships are different, and certainly we saw on opening day the icy relationship he has with Juan Soto, and that could be a problem with this team if they're both going for the leadership role and Lindor is sensitive about it, which clearly he is on some level.
But he's also the same guy that took them out from 11 games under .500 in the end of May two years ago and played like an MVP and led them to the NLCS.
For sure.
Still that same guy.
So let me be clear about something.
I think it's a little premature.
It's unexplainable and inexcusable to forget how many outs there are in the first inning.
I told you to give me that.
Okay, so stop there for a second.
I want to be very clear.
I did not bring up what his average is.
I did not bring up you're getting thrown out at home plate at Citi Field a couple of last week.
That's not his fault.
I want to be very clear about this.
I know he's a slow starter, and that's why I was very specific.
I don't care what his average is right now because I know he's a slow starter.
I don't care about any of that stuff, okay?
