I mean, yeah, it's a little slow. I mean, there's just, like, pace just picked up as we moved closer to now, and that's just what it is. The first 20 minutes is a little slow, but what I took away watching it again, I think I probably saw him when I was 15. Of course you like him, but now... I just appreciate them so more.

When I was 15, I'm not thinking about, I mean, I'm comparing it to all the other movies I saw when I was 15, which like probably had better special effects or whatever. Looking back now, the originality is kind of staggering. I kind of can't fathom that level of originality working now. Like, it's just unbelievable that this is just, I know he had influences, but everybody does.

Like him just pulling this out of his ass, putting it on the screen. Everything's brand new. The world building. Honestly, the closest thing I can think of is John Wick. And it's probably why John Wick worked because it's like just new and everybody could kind of like get into the world and like it.
