What was important about this neighbor having seen someone who met Christensen's description near Sherry's vehicle is by the time law enforcement got there on the 5th, that car is gone. Christensen immediately became a person that law enforcement wanted to talk to.

In November of, I think it was November 14th of 2009, he was sentenced to do 30 days in jail for an unlawful possession of weapons charge in Snohomish County. So from November 14th till December 11th of 2009, he had been in jail on that weapons charge.
