There's loads of emotions flying about in there.
There's been some harsh kind of said as well.
There's frustration, there's anger.
Ultimately, from that point of view, it's embarrassing to be the leader of that group that put that performance out there today.
I said that to the boys, we owe the fans an apology for that.
At least if we're going to be in a difficult situation at the end of the season, at least go down swinging, at least go down fighting, and we didn't fight today.
and that's not the the whole group and that was a bit like i'm not going to single out individuals but we have boys in there who are absolutely desperate and want to fight with us and unfortunately there are boys who have probably been too fair to continue to give opportunities to and aren't fighting and we have to now i have to look at that i have to take responsibility for it as well and we have to go with boys that we can boys that we can trust like i bring a 16 year old on the pitch and he runs his socks off i'd rather be in a difficult situation with
young boys who will run their socks off and give absolutely everything and die on the pitch.
And unfortunately, where we're at in the season, there are boys who aren't doing that.
But ultimately, I put them on the pitch, so that's my fault.
It's another sore result.
Probably performance doesn't quite reflect the result.
There's not many times we come here and dominate the ball for as long as we did.
In Spell's second half, we were bright and we were positive, but it's the same story.
It's been the story of our season that we...
We don't score enough goals.
We're not clinical enough in the final third.
That's been the story of the full year.
That's why we're in the position we're in.
We're not in the position we're in because the teams all around us are all miles ahead of us.
