And these terrace-type properties, they are, of course, very popular to renovate.

Have you seen buyers pulling back on doing these renos currently with the current property market, or are the great locations and solid number crunching?

Are you still seeing a number of people actively pursuing and engaging in the renos?

And just lastly, Shannon, how active are smaller developers that you're dealing with right now in this evolving market?

What are they doing?

They're very cautious.
