I mentioned at the start the Hume Highway and the M5 for Sydney Axis.

How much of a talking point does that come up when you're talking potentially to somebody that hasn't even been into the area?

Then they find out that connectivity, which is such a big thing for an area like yours.

Plenty of connectivity.
