What is happening right now in 2022 in terms of the median house price?

The tale that you've got almost sounds like somebody that's been in property for about 15 to 20 years, but you've only been going three years.

So tell us that initial thinking of getting in and how excited you were to get into the property market.

Okay, so tell us a little bit about that because you bought your first property and then I think not long after you ended up buying a second property.

Okay, so you've got three properties and then comes along this property, the Palms.

Now, this is a slightly different sort of a property.

Tell us a little bit about this, the fourth property that you buy, lovely property.

And after you purchased that home, I mean, firstly, you'd be pinching yourself because you've only got to go back just a short period of time when you bought your first property.

Suddenly you're in this great home, which you would probably never have imagined that in this short period of time you would have ended up buying.

And then what you do is you end up selling it.

And I believe there's a bit of a tennis connection here with Leighton Hewitt buying your property.

What's the turnover price, the equity that is growing?
