He's incredible.
Love it.
Love it.
I mean, Emma is showing you who she is.
She is a coach that wants to be transparent.
She wants to always speak open and honest about where the team is, where the team's form is.
And she's not saying, oh, we were bad and we didn't deserve to win this game.
What she's saying is,
It's going to take everybody.
And that's the mentality that you have to have going into a World Cup year and making sure that everyone is ready, whether you're a starter, whether you're a role player, whether you're coming in, whether you're not playing any minutes.
You have to be ready to fulfill the role that is given to you.
And I think her praising the bench is a really powerful thing.
I think a lot of players are always going to be bogged down when they're not starting.
I think everybody wants to be a starter.
But for her to stand...
at the end of the game and say that they won that game with the bench, I think, you know, if I'm a player in that environment, I'm singing her praises because it really goes a long way to be, you know, to be shout out in that way, especially from someone such as an Emma Hayes who has literally won everything as a coach.
So I think kudos to her.
You know, she's an incredible manager.
She manages people well.
She understands that it is going to take everybody and that is the mentality that they're going to have moving forward.
