You know, everybody got their story of an old passion, a hobby they used to do, and you just pick up.

I took it serious, though.

You know, we got nominated for the Carolina Music Awards.

We did a little bit of traveling, but...

pretty decent at it and my brother um my brother went to full self as I ended engineering so he got a little background in that stuff like that right you know my daddy said if you don't do it all you shouldn't do it at all so we try to dip our hands in everything right yeah how far did the music actually go in terms of success or popularity before it kind of went in another direction

So like for answers, I had a YouTube channel called 100 Proof Quartel TV.

And this was like 16, 17 years ago.

And I was out with a camera recording, doing interviews, going to the hood, recording artists that was coming to the studio and stuff like that.

And kind of doing away, that's when I met my wife, 15 years ago.

Five kids.

So, you know, I chose a family.

Definitely.

Yeah, for sure.

What, you felt like you had to make a choice?

Yeah, I had to.

How come?

I said, because it puts you on the road.

You can't be there, you know, you can't.

Everyone paying bills, you know.

And I'm not saying I wouldn't believe that it would pay bills.
