So, I mean, this season can't be talked about without talking about Davis and the job that he's done for our team, just being a backup quarterback, going in, handling your job, handling business the right way, and winning games for us.
So, man, shots out to Davis.
He's done an outstanding job, and, you know, exciting to have your โ
excited to have a backup quarterback of his caliber yeah team quarterbacks are hard to combine let alone to have a guy you know sitting in a ringer who can go out and win a couple games for you man that's we can't be we couldn't be more happy with davis yeah just how big is his neck it's big right like we don't know we've never met him but we see it on tv is it are you ever like whoa that is a big neck dude you should meet him man no he's not
Yeah, it's no hard conversations.
It's a conversation about being a professional, right?
Just as you guys are, you're expected to do a job and do it to the best of your ability.
So it's nothing hard.
I guess it's hard nowadays to hear the truth.
And that's a lot of things that everybody has to be able to accept just in our society.
Like hearing somebody tell you the truth, hearing someone criticize what you're doing as a professional, like that's our role.
And so for me, I always tell the guys the truth on it's either you did a good job or it's not good enough.
We got to find a way to get better.
Some guys accept it.
Well, some guys don't.
If you feel like that's, you know, that's a hard conversation and maybe it is hard for you, but you have to get over it.
Understand we're all men here.
We all have jobs to do.
Yeah.
Everybody likes to be told how great they are, how great a job they're doing.
