And he does talk to guys on the side.
I see him chatting with guys during practice on the sideline, talking to everybody, rookies,
O-line receivers.
He's talking to everybody on the side, but he's more of a one-on-one conversation type of guy.
He's not a me guy.
It's never about him.
It's truly a team guy who is one of the most competitive guys I've been around.
Yeah, it depends on the game.
Sometimes I have to leave him alone.
He's so locked in.
Sometimes we are locked in.
Sometimes he shakes my hand so hard.
I'm like, hey, I don't want to.
I better not do that again.
I better avoid this guy on game day because he gets so locked in.
We're doing a team drill on game day, and he goes against our tight ends.
And I'm like, oh, my goodness, this is the most violent play ever in warm-up.
So he is completely locked in.
That's what you want from a guy like him, man.
He's always dialed in.
