It is almost like a court.
It's like the Supreme Court in some ways where it relies a lot on precedent.
It relies on what other people have done, what previous contracts have looked like.
And I think that's what makes the Skubal one so unique is that we talked about.
There's one case from 10 years ago that has any relevance to this at all.
The only other one that we talked about was DeGrom.
You mentioned he went up by 9.6 year over year.
That's the biggest jump ever.
Obviously, he's looking for a $13 million bump.
So...
But again, that's also โ that's seven, eight years ago.
How does inflation โ there's all these different factors that get into this where it's like because there hasn't been a recent relevant case to compare it to, the arbitration panel may go in a bunch of different directions.
It's not really โ it's going to be a very precedent-setting decision, as you said, that will affect schemes a lot.
So just to clarify really quick, so if the arbitration decides, the panel, the people, decide that the Tiger's number is closer than he gets 19, but even if they think the value is somewhere in the middle...
Even if they think the number's like 25 and a half, but just because it's a little bit close, that's so crazy.
Like, he's not good.
