We lived in a society.
We lived with Portuguese families.
We learned a language, went to school every day.
It was a good time, right?
And on Sundays, I made it a point for my team to link up downtown Lisbon.
We'd pick a coffee shop or something.
And we just did a team poop meeting, right?
So I had stuff to put out because I'm still communicating with the rear and still army guys, right?
So...
So I'm walking around Lisbon all day.
I get up early in the morning, Sunday, got nothing to do.
I'm window shopping, walking around.
And I kept thinking about my father and the time he had that heart attack.
It just kept popping in my head.
No matter how hard I try to keep it out of my head, it kept popping in my head, you know?
And I focus, Comstock, there's a hot chick, you know?
Look at that over there, you know?
And boom, my dad pops up again.
And by 1700 that afternoon, I met my team at the coffee shop.
It was outside.
