Homeland Security says there are more than 2,000 ICE agents on the ground in Minneapolis this weekend in what officials describe as a surge in immigration enforcement.
Protests against those efforts have been occurring there almost daily, but today there was a different protest underway.

But Judge, meanwhile, ruled Friday that ICE agents cannot detain or use tear gas on peaceful protesters, not obstructing authorities.
