President Trump says he expects more U.S.

service members will be killed in the war with Iran.

As NPR's Tamara Keith reports, Trump also says the U.S.

is winning the war by a lot.

The fighting, meanwhile, in Iran continues.

Israeli jets bombed an oil storage facility in Tehran Saturday and set it on fire.

Iran-backed militias in Iraq fired rockets at the U.S.

embassy in Baghdad Saturday.

That's according to Iraqi security sources.

There was no immediate report of casualties.

The Iran-linked militias also targeted the capital of Kurdistan region of Iraq.

Six people were arrested in New York City after a device was thrown during a protest Saturday at the mayor's residence.

Police say about 20 anti-Muslim protesters were met with counter-protesters.

NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch says the bomb squad is determining if the device was a functional explosive.

A second device was also found by police.

A federal judge ruled Saturday evening that Carrie Lake was elevated to the position of acting CEO of the U.S.

Agency for Global Media without legal authority.

That ruling declares as void all actions taken by Lake in that role, including mass layoffs and administrative leaves.

The agency is the parent of U.S.-funded international radio networks, including The Voice of America.
