It needs to be granted in September because they are effectively and officially a part of this year's draft trading.

So that's the timeline on it.

I raise that because the AFL will now have a challenge of how does the fixture look in 2028 and beyond?

You guys get any brainwaves as to how this could and should look?

Well, we've always had doubts about the finances attached to the construction of this stadium, which is, it's not going to be the number that they've identified.

And we know that.

And that's going to be on the state government of Tasmania to basically- A couple of billion.

Well, I don't know anything's being built these days for less than that number you've just mentioned, particularly with the roofs.
