And everybody in the office is going to talk about the one day you didn't show up. Absolutely. So that's what we look for, man. And a lot of the times everything else follows after that, right? You find this person who's a great person and someone who is receptive to criticism and I just keep it real with these guys. I'm a lot different than most agents. I'm a little bit younger.
