So I think the England manager will come under a huge amount of pressure.

You know, if they're Chelsea in England or Man City in England, their value, their stock is much, much higher.
And I think at times in past gone by, players have been picked because pressure has been put on managers and they've picked squads because of certain names, certain reputations or players have been around that are a good player.
