So we have a big programme called Digital for Care.

which is trying to invest in, as I say, that one health record, which is the electronic health record, but also in areas like laboratories, like, again, our primary care to make sure they're connected in your GPs, your pharmacists, your dentists, and in other areas like our public health areas, vaccinations and immunisations, those sort of areas as well.

We have a lot of different types of services, Jess, and we have to make sure they're all factored into this overall roadmap.

And we have a lot of these programs now well underway.

Some are in implementation, some are in tender stage, and they'll give the foundation information.

And just as important as the solutions,

is that the data is consistent so that if I get an appointment or I get pharmacy information about my drugs in Donegal, it's consistent with what I might get from St James's.

Because patients in Donegal will go to a large centre like James's or Cork or Limerick.

So we have to make sure we've good standards as well.

And that's really important alongside the systems.

And that's what will effectively feed the app.

In some ways, the app...

whether it has complexity around security and around presenting information to people, will only ever be as powerful as what's behind it.

So some of the features we have in there at the moment, for example, we have an area called My Health, which has patient records.

So because we've got a good structured chronic disease program in the community with about half a million people involved in that with GPs,

We're able to provide that information to people.

Your medicines, where they're reimbursed through our primary care reimbursement service, we've got easy access to those, so they're presented back.

All your vaccines, because we have a national immunisation system.

All of your health cards, your medical card, your drug payment card, European health insurance card, all of those are there.

And that's because we have the foundational system.
