I made parole.
And so what that means when you make parole is that you're not done with your sentence.
You're just done with doing your sentence inside of a prison.
And my parole expiration date is July 30th, 2073.
Okay.
So I got a little more time for 2025.
I got 48 more years.
I'll do the math for everybody.
But I'm not worried about being on parole because I'm a coffee bean.
We'll get to the coffee bean in a little bit.
So the mindset shift happens like this.
And May 18th, 2009 is a very big day because right after the trial is over, they take me off and they put me in this little room on the side of the courtroom, a little cell basically.
And there was a bulletproof glass.
It's the place where you talk to your lawyer.
My parents come over there.
They give my parents five minutes with me.
This is one last visit before I go to prison.
They feel sorry for my parents because I just got life.
My dad can't talk.
He's in stunned disbelief.
