Well, he notes, you can't shout fire in a crowded theater and the president cannot be allowed to threaten genocide with the United States military.

And she goes on to some other bullshit about war crimes.

This is a congressman, a United States congressman, just like Ro Khanna, who chooses to be stupid.

Because Congressman McBride could just go to the interwebs and actually look up if the First Amendment standard is, can you shout fire in a crowded theater?
