I'll leave his name out of it because it was a private conversation.
We were chatting about...
my time at the FBI.
And he said, you know, listen, I appreciate you going in there.
It must be tough to work in the administration, be so vocal as a commentator before, and then basically have to stay quiet while a bunch of assholes just lie about you.
And I said, you know, it was hard.
There's no doubt.
They still do.
Nothing happened.
And then you list out like 20 and 30, 30, 40 things that happened and they just ignore it.
You have to balance that with this tendency to kind of over-explain because then you sound defensive.
And believe me, I'm not.
I'm extremely proud of what we did.
And you guys can go look at them.
I'm not going to waste your time with resumes on the show.
It's just bullshit.
You guys are here for other stuff.
But I did say, like, you know, what frustrates me the most is you can actually go look this stuff up, like what happened while we were there.
