All right, I'm being a bit of a smartass about justice-y, but you get the point.

The counterintelligence arrests against Chinese spies were through the roof.

They were up by double digits.

A lot of these people had been in the country with suspicious Chinese Communist Party connections, bringing in agricultural poisons, things that could potentially be used as bioweapons.
