Dave, it's interesting that you say that because – and good on Fred Hoiberg for taking full blame, as he should obviously.

But it's interesting that you say that because obviously the officials, if you have six on the floor, it's going to be a technical foul.

But if you have four on the floor, like in Hoosiers, the referee says –

You need a fifth – like the referee isn't supposed to actually allow the ball to be inbound if you don't have your team yet on the floor.

And then the coach acknowledges, okay, this is what I want.

My team is on the floor.

That's actually – like you are supposed to get that discretion from the referee.

And so last night the referees clearly were not counting the players on the floor.

Again, it's Hoiberg's responsibility, but normally the referee would say, coach, you need five guys.

Is it, though?

The solicitous referees are supposed to step in and be like, hey, trying to do you a solid here, coach.

You can throw another guy out there.

They don't do that in football games.

But not in the NFL, not in football games they don't do that when you only have 10 guys out there.

Yep, you're right, you're right.

But in basketball, yeah, it's normally like, hey, you know, you don't inbound the ball yet because it was coming out of timeout and maybe the fifth guy is still coming off the bench.

Like, you're waiting for all five guys before you hand them the ball.

Clearly the referees, they did not do that.

So anyway, really good games last night.
