Senators Thursday were working towards passage of a bill that would fund President Trump's immigration enforcement agencies.
The bill would fund agencies in the Department of Homeland Security, including Immigrations and Customs Enforcement and the Border Patrol.
Ohio Republican Senator Bernie Moreno spoke in favor of the bill, saying it would take illegal immigrants he claims are criminals off the streets.

Less than a week after a federal judge ordered references to President Trump be removed from the John F. Kennedy Center in Washington, the leadership of the arts facility Thursday said it was beginning to remove email signatures, letterhead and other documents with Trump's name on it.
The judge ruled the deletions must be done by July the 12th when he ruled the Kennedy Center's board illegally added Trump's name to the facility.
The judge also blocked the Trump administration from closing the venue for up to two years for repairs that Trump says are needed.
