The chief minister of a Pakistani province where separatists are waging an insurgency says security forces have killed more than 145 militants the past two days.

This after the militants conducted coordinated attacks across the province.

Beginning today, air travelers who do not have what's called a real ID or another acceptable form of identification, such as a valid passport, are subject to a new non-refundable $45 charge.

The TSA says this is not a fine or a penalty, but a payment.

for a non-compliant traveler to use their new alternative ID verification program, which is called ConformID.

The process can take up to 30 minutes.

It does not guarantee you will make your flight if you are not screened on time.

President Trump is criticizing former CNN anchor and now independent journalist Don Lemon, who was arrested and charged by the Justice Department on a federal civil rights violation concerning his coverage of a protest inside of a Minnesota church.

Trump said Lemon's arrest is probably the best thing that's happened to him.

On CNN's State of the Union, Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanch was asked about Lemon's expected defense.

He was working as a reporter and not as an activist.

Attorney Abby Lowell, who is representing Lemon, called his arrest an unprecedented attack on the First Amendment.
