Democratic Senator Mark Kelly is under investigation by the Pentagon for what the Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth claims is a possible breach of military law after Kelly, a decorated military pilot and astronaut, joined five other lawmakers in a video.
Five of the six are military veterans.
The other worked for the CIA.
They called on the military troops to defy what they called our illegal orders.
Now the Pentagon tonight says it wants the complaint against Kelly reviewed by December the 10th.
Kelly says President Trump and Hegseth are acting like bullies.
Hegseth says only Kelly is being investigated by the Pentagon because he is the only lawmaker to formally retire from the military and is still under Pentagon jurisdiction.
