Iran says it has reached a, quote, general agreement with the U.S.
on the basis of a potential nuclear deal that would lift sanctions on Tehran.

Axios is reporting that Iran is expected to present the U.S.
with detailed proposals in the next two weeks to address some gaps in negotiations.
