They need better pressure.

They need all of that.

And they just did not strike in the second round.

And just from my perspective of it, Dan, with that rush of...

of edges and or defensive linemen that were going off the board in the second round your TJ Parkers did Cade McDonald Mason Thomas Cassius Howell uh Christian Miller Derek Moore Zion Young on and on and on um it appears pretty clear to me that the Bears were I know there's some cost prohibitive prohibitiveness going on but

I just don't think they were in love enough with any of those guys to make a maneuver up the board to go grab one.

That's what I think the perspective should be.

And I think I'm feeling more perspective from Bears fans in that regard, too.

I do get it.

It sucks that help is not on the way as we speak right now as far as the edge rushers or the interior.

And we know that those were both bad.

Pressure was bad.

Sacks were bad.

Stopping the run was bad.

Yeah, the defense was bad.

I mean, we get it.

The turnovers were real.

But when you look at the actual statistical categories, not particularly good for the Bears.

I get it.

But at the same time, you don't want them forcing the issue just for appearances.
